Provision of MSDSs for consumer products used in the workplace

OSHA interpretation letter responding to a request about MSDS requirements under the Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200. It states that MSDSs are not required for household consumer products used in the workplace as a consumer would use them, and that refusing to provide an MSDS for institutional use exceeding consumer exposure would violate the HCS.
