Pricing questions

How do the licenses work?
Licenses are per seat — every person using Planium needs their own account. Team covers 1–10 seats, Organization covers 11–30 seats at a volume price, and for more than 30 seats you move to Enterprise with pricing by quote.
What does the volume price in Organization mean?
From 11 seats, the price per seat drops to $59 per seat/month billed yearly ($71 billed monthly). If you need more than 30 seats, your whole organization gets a discounted price based on size — contact us for a quote.
What is the difference between yearly and monthly billing?
With yearly billing you pay for 10 months and use 12 — two months free, roughly 20 percent lower price per seat. Monthly billing is more flexible but somewhat more expensive per seat and month.
Can we change the number of seats or cancel?
Yes. You adjust the number of seats yourself in the billing portal. You can cancel at any time — monthly billing runs to the end of the month, yearly billing runs to the end of the annual period. Upgrades take effect immediately.
What is included in the free plan?
A free 30-day evaluation for 1–100 seats, with support throughout the evaluation. You try Planium on your own project material — book it via the contact page and we will set it up together.
Where is our data stored?
Your data is processed within the EU and is never used to train AI models. Meeting recordings are transcribed through a dedicated EU endpoint. The full rundown is on our data security page.
What counts as an AI message?
One message from you to the AI — whether it answers directly or runs a dozen tools (searching your documents, editing a draft, compiling material) along the way. One question, one unit, no matter how much work it triggers.
