OSHA interpretation letter from 1993 answering whose name, address and telephone number must appear on an MSDS under the Hazard Communication Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(3)(xii). It states that the responsible party preparing or distributing the sheet must be able to provide the required information, generally the manufacturer or importer.
