Framework agreement - painter, wallpaper and floor covering work

The objective of the procurement is to enter into a contract for painting, wallpapering and flooring work. Færder municipality' Property Management Department shall enter into a framework agreement for painting, wallpapering and floor covering work. The service includes both internal and external paint, cleaning facades, wall clothing indoors and floor coverings, cleaning and pre-treating surfaces, applying protective covers of paint, paint, paint or other material, applying either wallpaper or other wall coverings, or laying floor coverings. Knowledge on wet rooms is important. The list is not exhaustive.

The estimated volume is NOK 4,000,000 per annum. The volume will be distributed between the tenderers in accordance with the description in the document 'Procedure for awarding contracts within the framework agreement'.

Contract period: 2 years + 1 year + 1 year.

The contracting authority can enter into a framework agreement with up to 3 tenderers.
