Hire and operation of up to 700 new nursing home places

Invitation to market dialogue for OPS 400 nursing home places Background and purpose Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Nursing Homes is preparing for the procurement of approx. 400 new nursing home places and up to approx. 700 nursing home places that shall be implemented by 2035 through long-term hire and service agreements. The procurement shall facilitate the development, construction and long-term renting of nursing homes, combined with the provision of health and care services. Relevant tenderers are expected to offer suitable sites or existing locations. As part of preparation of the procurement, the Agency for Nursing Homes invites tenderers, property actors, contractors, service providers, non-profit entities, financial actors and other relevant market participants to a joint market dialogue meeting. The objective of the dialogue is to get the market ́s input on how the procurement and competition ought to be adapted to ensure good competition, realisable projects, suitable locations, high quality of the services and robust solutions over the lifetime of the contract.
