Expansion of Kvernaland welfare centre - heating, sanitation and sprinklers - EP05

Time municipality shall expand Kvernaland welfare centre with 27 new places. The places shall be organised as book collectives, divided in three departments. Each department consists of nine bed rooms connected to a common living room.
