Ebbsfleet Central Phase 1a Infrastructure Works - Multi-Utility Company
Ebbsfleet Development Corporation
Description
Ebbsfleet Development Corporation (EDC) was established in 2015 to speed up the delivery of up to 15,000 homes and create a 21st-century Garden City in Ebbsfleet, North Kent. EDC is seeking to engage with the market to establish interest and capability in relation to the proposed appointment of a Multi-Utility Company (MUC) to adopt utility infrastructure across Ebbsfleet Central East and West. This will also include supporting on the delivery of utility infrastructure by others.
