The new Fire Alarm and PAVA systems will need to be open‑protocol. The proposed contract is anticipated to be a Design and Build arrangement, covering RIBA Stage 4 detailed design, supply and installation of the new Fire Alarm and PAVA systems, and the decommissioning, removal, and responsible disposal of the existing systems.
