Description
This procurement relates to the award of a contract for the design development of the A483 Llandeilo and Ffairfach bypass project, and the provision of assistance with relevant statutory procedures. Subject to the outcome of the statutory procedures and the performance of the Contractor, the contract provides for the Contractor to be appointed to undertake detailed design and construction of the works. This Tender Notice signifies the start of the procurement exercise and uses the Competitive Flexible Procedure (CFP) under the Procurement Act 2023.
