Refurbishment Works to Sumner House WC'S

e Contract is for the provision of refurbishment works to the toilets located at Sumner House, Leyland (the "works"). The building comprises three floors, each with different bathroom configurations: the top floor includes a male toilet with access to a shower room, a female toilet and a disabled toilet; the first floor includes a male toilet, a female toilet with access to a shower room and a disabled toilet; and the ground floor includes a male toilet, a female toilet, a disabled toilet and a customer toilet with accessible facilities. All contractors MUST visit site prior to submitting a tender. The premises will be available for inspection on Monday 21st September 2026 from 9am to 1pm.
