Construction of 33 New Council Homes
Leicester City Council
Description
Leicester City Council (LCC) would like to seek views and engagement from the market in relation to the construction of 33 new build council homes. It is intended that homes will be built on the former site of Forest Lodge Education Centre (FLEC), which has now been demolished. The tender opportunity is likely to be run as an open tender exercise and use the NEC Option A as the form of contract. This exercise is NOT a call for competition and is purely a pre-market engagement exercise. The purpose of this PME exercise is to gauge market interest and capacity. Interested contractors should express their interest through the Microsoft Forms questionnaire link (https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/Mggy2vHwnA) and answer the questions as required. The deadline to respond to the questionnaire is 12 noon on 15 October 2026. Failure to respond to the PME questionnaire will not affect interest parties being considered for any future opportunity.
