Supply of Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) Installation and Associated Works

Eastlight Housing is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installation and associated works across its housing portfolio. The service will include the survey, design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of ASHP systems, together with associated heating, plumbing and electrical works. The contractor will also be responsible for resident liaison, certification, handover, aftercare and any required maintenance or remedial works. The contract will support Eastlight’s wider decarbonisation, energy efficiency and carbon reduction objectives, ensuring installations are compliant, efficiently delivered and provide positive outcomes for residents.
