Anchor Hanover Group is England’s largest not-for-profit provider of specialist housing and care for those later in life. We manage 54,000 homes for both rent and sale to those aged 55 and over. Lightning Protection Systems (LPS) and Person Safety Systems represent safety-critical assets across Anchor's portfolio. These systems help protect our buildings, residents, employees, contractors and visitors from risks associated with lightning strikes, the resulting fire risk, and working at height activities with fixed assets. Ensuring that these assets are appropriately identified, maintained, repaired and replaced forms an important part of Anchor's compliance and asset management responsibilities. Based on current records, LPS are understood to be present at approximately 262 locations, while Person Safety Systems are identified at approximately 44 locations. Bidders shall note that asset information continues to be reviewed and validated, and should therefore be considered indicative.
