The Building Regulations 2010 – Schedule 1: Requirements

Schedule 1 to the Building Regulations 2010 sets out the functional requirements that building work in England must meet – Part A structure, Part B fire safety, Part L conservation of fuel and power and so on. The Approved Documents published by the government give practical guidance on how to meet each requirement.
